Understanding the ownership structure of any strategic partner is of obvious importance as it is responsible for dictating the direction, focus and commitment of the entire organization. Because Alliant Systems ownership is entirely comprised of individuals actively involved in the daily operations of our firm, our focus and commitment to the independent textile rental operator is unwavering.
To maintain our focus and clear direction, we have deliberately avoided paths sometimes taken by others. We do not operate as a subsidiary organization and we do not have outside investors or other business partners. We believe that such arrangements inevitably detract from maintaining a clear strategy and inherently impact an organization's ability to maintain proper focus. Alliant Systems has a clear ownership structure and our customers benefit by knowing who they are doing business with.
