Alliant Mobile

Alliant Mobile is the most widely used mobile computing solution in the industry. Alliant Mobile allows you to deliver and mange your invoices more effectively and efficiently. Arm your route service representatives with the tools to succeed on the route and let them do the job you hired them to do – servicing your customers instead of wasting time making manual adjustments, calculations, and producing unmanageable paper trails. Alliant Mobile will simplify the daily activities of route service and route settlement personnel. In addition, Alliant Mobile will capture and store the customer's signature at the point of delivery. The signed invoice can then be reproduced (printed, faxed, emailed) at a later date for the customer. Alliant Mobile is powered by Microsoft's SQL database.

What happens when a customer wants to know if a delivery was made?
With Alliant Mobile You Can:
View a copy of the signed invoice on your computer screen.
Tell the customer who signed for the invoice.
See the time the delivery was made.
And offer to email them confirmation while on the phone.
Now that's serivice!

"Our new handheld systems have proved to be a real hit with the service staff and especially our customers. We now run leaner and faster while upgrading the service level to our customers."

Features & Benefits

Paper Savings
Eliminate Forms – Stop wasting money on expensive, pre-printed forms.
Route Savings
Quicker Adjustments – Simplify deliveries by making the adjustment process quick and accurate. Problem areas, such as adjusting sales tax, are no longer an issue.
Improve Relationships – Let your route service representatives focus on the customer – not on complex adjustments.
Cut Check-In Time Dramatically
Eliminate Manual Check in – When the route representative returns, the route is already in balance and ready for a supervisor to review. Then all adjustments automatically post and summary reports print.
Audit Adjustments – Adjusted invoices are summarized for review and approval. A stop time report lists the order in which the route was delivered and the exact time the customer signed for delivery.
Front Office Savings
Time Savings – Since invoices have been adjusted on the handheld, adjustments no longer have to be re-entered in the office. Since signed invoice copies are now stored digitally, invoice filing and retrieval duties are now eliminated.
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Improvements
Fax and Email – Signed invoices can be faxed and/or emailed on demand to customers. Send customers a copy of their invoice while on the phone with them.
Greater Confidence – Customers have confidence in the accuracy of their invoice.
