Irving, TX - IPC Systems, Ltd, the number one provider of route accounting software and mobile computing solutions to the textile rental industry, has changed its name to Alliant Systems. The name change comes in conjunction with the release of Alliant's new route accounting software that offers enhanced scalability, portability and is optimized for Microsoft's SQL Server 2000 database engine.
“Our entire focus and commitment is the development, installation and service of innovative products for textile rental operators so they can save time and money by improving and simplifying processes on the route and in the office,” said Jeff Belcher, president of Alliant Systems. “We feel that our new identity best conveys this message.”
Alliant Systems is currently in the process of rolling out their newest route accounting system to the market. Also, a full-featured web-based module that complements the route accounting system will be available in the fall of this year.
Alliant Systems is the leading provider of route automation solutions. Alliant Systems' suite of software products enable textile rental companies to save time and money by improving front office and route operations. Alliant's products help companies generate greater revenue opportunities, streamline operations, and are less expensive to operate and maintain compared to custom, in-house accounting solutions. Headquartered in Irving, Texas, Alliant Systems was founded in 2002 when a team of industry veterans purchased the assets of Information Plus Corporation (IPC), a company that provided the number one solution for route accounting for textile rental companies.
