Alliant Stockroom

Alliant Stockroom is the key to integrating a textile rental company's front office with the stockroom. Unlike other systems, activity keyed in the office automatically generates all of the documents required to fill orders with no additional keystrokes - such as work orders, garment pick lists, emblem pick lists and man readable tapes. Billing for filled orders, such as replacements and size changes, is automated as orders are actually filled - no more having to guess when to invoice a customer for a new order! In addition, Alliant Stockroom can be configured to track individual garments with bar-code labels and/or RF chips to provide a higher level of tracking for customers.

With Alliant Stockroom, a single scan can place a message on the customer's invoice that a garment was mended. What if you don't charge for mending? Even better - your customer now knows you just provided a valuable service free of charge.

"The ability to track our customer's garments and service requests has allowed us to develop a world class customer service culture within our company."
